About

Practical guidance for people who own quality

QA Vibes publishes hands-on guides and free tools for testers and automation engineers: what to automate, how to set it up, and how to keep it trustworthy.

Who this site is for

  • Junior and mid-level QA engineers building their first automation suites.
  • Automation engineers comparing frameworks and tooling patterns.
  • Developers who own quality on small product teams.
  • QA leads who need material to mentor and onboard testers.

Editorial standards

Sources are cited

Claims about a tool's behavior link to its official documentation. Each article ends with a sources section.

Code is checked

Code samples in TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Java, JSON, YAML, and XML are syntax-checked on every build. Complete Java examples are compiled against the Maven dependencies the article lists. Articles whose steps we ran end to end say which versions they were tested with.

Corrections are tracked

Every article has a “Report an error” link that reaches the editors directly. Substantive fixes update the article's “Updated” date.

No paid rankings

Vendors cannot pay for placement in comparisons or the tool directory. Affiliate links, where they exist, are labeled.

QA Vibes Editorial

Editorial team

Articles are written and reviewed by practicing QA and automation engineers. Every article lists its sources and shows when it was last updated.

How the site is funded

The site may earn money through clearly labeled affiliate links and display ads. Neither affects which tools we recommend. Details are in the affiliate disclosure.

The site itself is tested the way we recommend: an end-to-end Playwright suite runs in GitHub Actions on every change. Read what it caught.
